I visited Metro in July 2025 to get 2nd piercings in my earlobes and was so happy with the service I received. The shop might be the cleanest place I've ever encountered (and I work in healthcare). My piercer was super nice, and helped me with purchasing a second shorter set of posts to take home as I was getting this done while on holiday visiting family. I would happily wait on all future piercings to have them done at Metro.
